    How do I use it in my self-care routine?

    Before beginning your day, your meditation practice, or as you want to open yourself up to something new - mindfully place an incense stick in the holder and light. Once alight, allow an ember to develop and holding clear intent for your practice, fan out the flame and allow incense to burn down, with ash being caught in the bowl below.

    Opening a door or a window while burning recommended. Do not leave incense burning unattended.
