    How do I use it in my self-care routine?

    To mark transition - before beginning your day, when you come home, opening to your meditation practice - mindfully light an incense stick. Once alight, allow ember to build and then holding clear intent for your practice, fan out the flame and allow incense to burn down.

    Opening a door or a window while burning recommended. Do not leave incense burning unattended.

    30 day money back guarantee.  If you are not completely happy with your order you may return it for a refund, credit or replacement within 30 days from date of invoice. Please note shipping costs are not included. Plus limited edition items, special promotions and samples are excluded.
