How to use it
Apply 1-3 sprays on the soles of the feet before bed to help you wind down. In the case of muscular soreness, spray on the affected area and massage into the skin. Use daily for best results.
For sensitive skin: test on the soles of the feet initially. If you notice any reaction, particularly a tingling sensation (which is common) continue to apply on damp skin for the first week of use.
