What is your return policy?

30 day money back guarantee.  If you are not completely happy with your order you may return it for a refund, credit or replacement within 30 days from date of invoice. Please note shipping costs are not included. Plus limited edition items, special promotions and samples are excluded.

Currently, shipping is only available domestically within Australia.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to despatch your orders within a day of receiving your order. Tracking details are provided upon shipment and will be sent to you via email.

• Standard: 2 - 8 working days from dispatch*
• Express: 1 - 4 working days from dispatch*
