What will my order arrive in?
All of our packaging is recyclable, made of recycled materials reusable, or compostable.

Will you gift wrap my order?
Yes. Regardless of the recipient, we take the great time and care in preparing your parcel. All parcels are wrapped and have a personalised touch.
Can you ship gifts to multiple locations?
Yes we are very happy to help you with that. Please email us at email@example.com, with your requirements.
Can I add a gift card to my order?
Yes. At checkout indicate that you wish to add a card to your purchase and let us know what you want us to write and we will carefully add this to your package.
Can I view the status of my order?
We keep you posted on all order updates from the moment you place your order right up to when you order is delivered. If you have placed an order but haven't heard from us, please check your junk mail.
Otherwise please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you all the updates you've been missing.
Can I use multiple discount codes in the same order?
You can use a voucher and a promo code in the same order but unfortunately you can only use one promo code per order.
How do I add my discount code to my order?
At check out, click on 'show order summary' at the top left hand side of the page. Add your code in the box that says 'Gift card or discount code' and then click the right arrow to apply the code to your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us immediately for any order cancellations email@example.com.
You can cancel your order anytime prior to dispatch, however, if your order has been dispatched, we are unable to help.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The Calm Store accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, ApplePay and ShopPay.
My payment was declined. What can I do?
If you're having some issues with your card but you're sure you've got the funds, we recommend calling your Bank to rectify any issues.
