What is your return policy?

30-day money-back guarantee.  If you are not completely happy with your order you may return it for a refund, credit or replacement within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please note shipping costs are not included. Plus limited edition items, special promotions and samples are excluded.

Currently, shipping is only available domestically within Australia.

    When will my order be shipped?

    We aim to dispatch within a day of receiving your order. Tracking details are provided upon shipment and will be sent to you via email.

    • Standard: 2 - 8 working days from dispatch*
    • Express: 1 - 4 working days from dispatch*

    *Please note these times may vary especially during weather events. We cannot take responsibility for any missing parcels or delays in delivery.  Shipping times vary depending on the distance from Melbourne, Victoria.

    How can I edit my shipping address?

    If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as you realise, at hello@thecalmstore.com and we’ll see what we can do.

    Please note if your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we will be unable to assist.
