Currently, shipping is only available domestically within Australia.
How much will my shipping be?

- Express: $17.99
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to despatch your orders within a day of receiving your order. Tracking details are provided upon shipment and will be sent to you via email.
- Standard: 2 - 8 working days from dispatch*
- Express: 1 - 4 working days from dispatch*
*Please note these times may vary especially during COVID-related restrictions and weather events. We cannot take responsibility for any missing parcels or delays in delivery.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you’ve made a mistake, please contact us as soon as you realise, at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.
Please note if your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately we will be unable to assist.
I need to ship multiple gifts to different addresses but I don’t want to create multiple orders.

Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for change of mind within 10 days of purchase. This however does not apply to personal care items or products with a secure seal. To quality for a refund item must be intact, unused and in original packaging. The Calm Store will not cover the cost of return shipping. For faulty items
In the unfortunate event of any product faults or defects upon receiving your order, we will fully refund you within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com for next steps.
