It is less about what we do, but more about how we do it.

Taking time to truly slow down, be
present to where we are and engage in ritual with clear intention, can be an incredibly powerful way to invite calm.

Ritual can be about acknowledging where we are and subsequently shifting our experience.  Having a beginning, middle and an end, ritual supports us in giving structure to our world. To help mark those boundaries, in ritual, as we open we close.
